Position: Appointment Scheduler LATAM
Working Hours: 8am-5pm EST (Mon-Thur); 8am-3pm EST (Fri)
Salary Range: $800 - $1200 USD/month
Type of contract: Independent contractor; Full time.
Location: Remote position for individuals located in Latin America.
Scope of the Role:
As an Appointment Scheduler, your primary responsibility is to handle incoming phone calls from patients and efficiently schedule their appointments. You'll serve as the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish. While your main focus is scheduling, you'll also assist patients with any immediate needs and seamlessly transfer them to on-site staff when necessary. This role requires adaptability, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient experiences. Join us in making a difference in the lives of our community members!
Responsibilities:
- Your main responsibility will be to answer phone calls from our valued patients and schedule appointments with efficiency and warmth.
- Should a patient require assistance beyond scheduling, you'll seamlessly transfer them to our on-site staff in our bustling physical office.
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- No prior tools or experience necessary we provide comprehensive training!
- Some experience in a customer service role would be advantageous, but not essential.
- A willingness to take phone calls and engage with our patients with empathy and professionalism.
