Position Summary: Provides support to the Operations Manager in areas such as recruiting, screening, interviewing, and hiring call center staff, monitoring staff performance over time, reviewing employee stats, and applying policies and procedures. Employee communications will be a regular part of the responsibilities of this position. With that said, this is a newly created position within the organization, and as such the specific responsibilities will evolve over time.
