As a key member of the Physical Therapy Clinical Team, you will be a part of the next generation of Digital Health and Physical Therapy. You will help patients reduce pain and improve function by delivering best-in-class care leveraging technology and people together achieve meaningful outcomes.WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
  • Medical Screening: Ensure 100% of patients are screened appropriately for red flags and yellow flags. Able to refer patients to other healthcare professionals appropriately 100% of time.
  • Clinical Decision Making: Able to demonstrate excellent and clear clinical decision making on 100% of cases across the musculoskeletal care spectrum utilizing a biopsychosocial model.
  • Effective Patient Management: Able to manage 100% of patients safely and efficiently given a large and varied caseload.
  • Collaboration with patients and care team: Communicate and collaborate effectively 100% of time with patients, family members, other healthcare providers, and health coaches.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Must live within Arizona
  • Must have active license in Arizona
  • Relationship-building: Able to build rapport and relationships with patients and colleagues. Active listener.
  • Time-management: Able to manage large caseload of patients and patient care-related tasks. Able to prioritize non-patient care related projects.
  • Open-Minded and Flexible Thinking: Willing to approach and discuss complex and difficult issues with an open mind. Open to alternative perspectives and viewpoints on clinical-related issues.
  • Effective Educator: Able to educate patients with a biopsychosocial approach. Able to educate PT colleagues, health coaches, and other healthcare professionals with a patient-centered approach.
  • Physical Therapy Practice: Graduate of accredited physical therapy program or foreign equivalent. Active license in at least one state within United States.
  • Orthopedic Physical Therapy Expertise: At least 1 year of experience in outpatient physical therapy clinic evaluating and treating patients with a range of musculoskeletal pain conditions utilizing a biopsychosocial model. Demonstrated track record of continuing education and/or post-graduate training in relevant areas.
  • Tele-health: Comfort evaluating and treating patients remotely utilizing a variety of digital tools to manage care.
